- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (smoky variant preferred)
- 8 taco shells (soft or hard)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add honey and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Mix well until the beef is thoroughly coated. Simmer for five minutes.
- While the beef simmers, warm taco shells in an oven at 350°F for five minutes until crispy.
- Fill each taco shell generously with the beef mixture and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
