- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fold in half of the hot fudge sauce into the batter.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and swirl in remaining hot fudge sauce.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool slightly before slicing.
