Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a sheet pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix applesauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, and milk until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
