Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and zest; mix until fully combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until incorporated, then add blueberries.
- Spread the filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
