- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about an hour until firm, then enjoy!
