- ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in milk and gently fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in half of the chopped pecans.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared bundt pan, layer with remaining pecans and some cinnamon-sugar mix, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before flipping onto a wire rack.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
