Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Slice strawberries into quarters, dice cucumber, and thinly slice red onion.
- In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens.
- Gently fold in strawberries, cucumber, and red onion.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta over the salad.
- In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together honey mustard dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently.
