Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Cut aluminum foil into large squares. Place each chicken breast in the center of a foil piece; top with pineapple chunks, bell pepper slices, and green onions.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the ingredients in each packet and seal tightly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Carefully open packets to serve.
