Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat together the oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring gently to combine.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While cooling slightly, prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk until smooth.
- Once cooled slightly, cut into bite-sized pieces and frost generously.
