Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Spread evenly on the parchment paper to form a circular cheese shell.
- 3. Bake for about 5 minutes until the edges are golden and melty. Drain excess oil immediately.
- 4. Layer cooked chicken, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and green onions on one half of the cheese shell.
- 5. Fold the shell over the filling and press down firmly. Bake for another 4-5 minutes until heated throughout.
- 6. Slice into pieces and serve hot with optional garnishes like sour cream or guacamole.
