- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with foil.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs; mix with melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, then egg yolks one by one, mixing well after each addition. Stir in lime juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 15-18 minutes or until set but not browned.
- Cool before refrigerating for 2-4 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
