Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Rub with halved garlic.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine remaining olive oil, sliced basil, lemon zest, and juice; mix well.
- Place burrata in a serving bowl, slice open gently, and pour lemon-basil mixture over it. Serve with garlic toasts.
