Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package graham crackers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Stir well and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers followed by half of the strawberry mixture.
- Repeat with remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and top with remaining strawberries.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set before serving.
