Instructions
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven for 1 hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with sliced fresh fruits brushed with apricot preserves for shine.
