  • 2 (3 oz. pkg.) berry blue Jello (or flavor of your choice)
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries halved
  • Fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into a baking dish.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer by blending softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then folding in whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Assemble the layers by spreading half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by diced strawberries, blueberry pie filling, and a layer of dissolved Jello.
