- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
- 2 ½ cups whipped cream
- Fresh strawberries halved
- Fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into a baking dish.
- Make the cream cheese layer by blending softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla, then folding in whipped cream until smooth.
- Assemble the layers by spreading half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by diced strawberries, blueberry pie filling, and a layer of dissolved Jello.
- Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and drizzle with strawberry jam.
- Chill for at least three hours or until set before garnishing with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate chips.
