Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gradually add flour, vanilla pudding mix, baking soda, and salt; mix on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini M&Ms using a wooden spoon.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes for medium cookies or 12-14 minutes for large ones until lightly golden around the edges.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
