- Frosting ingredients (including butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a cupcake pan with non-stick spray.
- Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine dry ingredients in another bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips, M&Ms, and sprinkles.
- Press dough into cupcake pan to form cups and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool before decorating with frosting made from whipped butter, powdered sugar, and gel coloring.
