- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 ounces sliced prosciutto (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F if using prosciutto. Tear prosciutto into pieces and bake for 5-6 minutes until crisp.
- Arrange spring mix greens on a large platter.
- Break burrata into chunks and place on top of the greens.
- Slice peaches into wedges and arrange around the burrata.
- Sprinkle fresh basil and optional crispy prosciutto over the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil just before serving.
