Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into a greased pie dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set, then cool.
- Melt dark chocolate over simmering water; pour into the cooled crust and chill until set.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside.
- In a clean bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture and spread over the chilled chocolate layer.
- Chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Prepare meringue by boiling sugar, water, and corn syrup until it reaches 230°F. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add the hot syrup while mixing until stiff peaks form.
- Spread meringue over the pie and toast lightly if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
