- 1 box favorite brownie mix + ingredients required (usually oil, eggs & water)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 cup M&M's®
Instructions
- Preheat oven as per brownie mix instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, blend brownie mix with required ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake according to package instructions or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the peanut butter whip over cooled brownies and sprinkle with M&M's®, pressing them gently into the topping.
- Slice into squares and serve.
