- 2½ lbs chicken wings
- ⅓ cup Turkey Bacon grease (or olive oil)
- 3 tsp Pappy's seasoning
- 3 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly and place them in a large bowl.
- Pour Turkey Bacon grease or olive oil over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Add Pappy’s seasoning, granulated garlic, seasoned salt, salt, and pepper to the wings and mix well.
- Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F for about 15 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned wings directly on the grill grate and cook for 30-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once crispy and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F), remove the wings from the grill.
- Toss in your preferred sauce if desired or serve them as is.
