- Dark brown sugar

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a blend of soy sauce, pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Soak wooden skewers if using.
- Assemble kabobs by alternating chicken, pineapple, and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, brushing with basting sauce until the chicken is cooked through.
