Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and zucchini; cook until slightly softened (about 4 minutes).
- Add corn and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning garlic butter over all ingredients.
- Add remaining butter, parsley, and lemon juice; stir gently.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
