Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping cabbage and mincing garlic and ginger.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet; cook for about 5 minutes until slightly wilted but still crunchy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar alternative, and sesame oil. Pour over beef and cabbage mixture.
- Stir well to combine; cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through. Serve hot.
