- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 bell peppers (green, yellow, red)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro
- Tortillas
- Chili powder
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Oregano
- Cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice the chicken and vegetables into strips. Arrange the veggies on the baking sheet and place the chicken on top.
- In a small bowl, mix together all seasoning ingredients. Sprinkle over the chicken and veggies evenly. Add minced garlic and drizzle with oil; toss everything to coat well.
- Roast in the oven for 15–20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas before serving in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
