Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into four patties about 1 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving with lemon aioli.
