Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, vegetable oil, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one by one.
- Stir in vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream until well combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack. Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice and cream; drizzle over cooled loaf.
