Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, combine spring mix, sliced strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, goat cheese, and green onions.
- In a small jar, mix orange sparkling juice, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper; shake well.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat evenly.
