Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, panko, onion, garlic, egg, half of the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha for the sauce.
- To assemble bowls: place cooked rice in serving dishes, top with meatballs and pineapple chunks, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with green onions.
