Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cherries, mozzarella, pecans, basil, and mint.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and gently stir to coat all ingredients.
