- 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup key lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and sour cream until smooth. Add key lime juice and whisk until thickened.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and bake for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Just before serving, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Top the chilled pie with whipped cream.
