Instructions
- In two medium bowls, divide the chopped romaine lettuce. Cover and refrigerate.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook on an indoor grill pan until fully cooked (165°F). Let rest before slicing.
- Slice the gala apple and strawberries while the chicken rests. Divide among the bowls of lettuce.
- Top each salad with craisins, mozzarella cheese, crushed walnuts, and sliced chicken. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
