- 1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 4–5 kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp honey (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare Watermelon Puree: Remove watermelon flesh from rind, cut into chunks, and blend until smooth to yield 2 cups of puree.
- Fill Molds: Pour watermelon puree into popsicle molds until about 3/4 full, then freeze for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Kiwi Puree: Peel and blend kiwi until smooth, adding honey to taste (aim for about 1 cup of puree).
- Assemble Popsicles: Top off each mold with kiwi puree and insert sticks; freeze until solid (about 4 hours).
- Remove from Molds: Dip the mold in warm water for a few seconds to release popsicles.
