Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- Pat the fish fillets dry, then season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt half the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and zest.
- Pour half of the lemon-garlic butter sauce over the seasoned fish fillets in the baking dish; reserve the rest for serving.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve on plates drizzled with reserved sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
