  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a lined baking pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; add one egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread over the cooled crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix softened butter and sugars; add remaining egg followed by flour and salt, then stir in chocolate chips.
