- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a lined baking pan and bake for 8 minutes.
- For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; add one egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla. Spread over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, mix softened butter and sugars; add remaining egg followed by flour and salt, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Place dollops of cookie dough on top of the cheesecake layer and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
