- 1–2 fresh lime wedges
- 1–2 tsp coarse salt
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4–5 fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the margarita glasses by running lime wedges along the rims and coating them lightly with coarse salt.
- In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, sparkling water, crushed ice, orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish each drink with fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.
